🔍 First: Basic Checks

Before anything else, make sure:
✔ The netting is removed (it’s only for shipping!).
✔ All parts are snug—guard + cap should be secure.
✔ You’ve primed the brush correctly (review the steps here if needed).

🚨 Still Not Working?

Try this:

1. Give It a "Wake-Up" Tap

• Remove the cap, hold the brush bristles-down, and tap the base firmly against your palm 5–10 times.

• This helps loosen any powder stuck in the filter.

2. Check the Powder

• Open the chamber and ensure there’s enough powder inside.

• Gently swirl the brush to redistribute the powder.

3. Test with a "Flick"

• Run your finger through the bristles again—you should see a light powder release.

• If not, repeat the priming steps with more force (yes, really!).
