Lost packages

Delayed packages

Once the packages have been dropped off at the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands. If there are any unexpected delays, it could be due to factors like severe weather or high shipping volumes. You can visit USPS's Service Alert webpage for more information.

Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] within 24 hrs of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.
